Today we had a wonderful day as we celebrated Lá na gClub. 

After training, the Annual Duck Race took place. There was great excitement as the ducks got off to a slow start but quickly gathered pace and it ended in a close finish! 

Food and refreshments were followed by prizegiving, some great sporting activities involving everyone from our Clonad Cubs Nursery, to a match between the u15s and the coaches. A pop up Gaeltacht was held in the clubhouse and it was really a great success! 

The day finished with the ceremonious planting of an oak tree. 

It really was a lovely day, great fun and craic. We'd like to say a big thank you to everyone who made the day possible!
